Overview
This simplified Privacy Policy explains how AideVik handles information when you visit the public site, sign in, create image or video work, use Credits, or contact us. It is not legal advice and may be updated as the service changes.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as your account email and sign-in records.
- Google OAuth information when you choose Google sign-in, such as the profile and email information Google shares with us for authentication.
- Creative inputs and outputs, including prompts, uploaded reference files, generated images, generated videos, and related asset metadata.
- Payment and order information needed to process Credits, subscriptions, invoices, receipts, refunds, fraud prevention, and support requests.
- Basic usage events, such as landing page CTA clicks, page interactions, workspace actions, device/browser signals, approximate region, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
How we use information
- To provide, secure, operate, and improve AideVik.
- To authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, process orders, manage Credits, and respond to support requests.
- To route prompts, uploads, and generated assets through supported image, video, storage, payment, analytics, security, and infrastructure providers.
- To understand public site performance and product usage, including basic landing CTA analytics.
- To enforce our Terms, prevent abuse, protect users, and comply with applicable obligations.
Third-party providers
AideVik may use third-party providers for authentication, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, email, security, and AI generation. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for AideVik, subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as a business model. We may share information with service providers, legal authorities when required, or as part of a business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal or financial obligations, improve safety, and enforce our agreements. You may request account deletion or deletion of personal information by contacting [email protected]. Some records may be retained where required for orders, refunds, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
