These simplified Terms describe the basic rules for using AideVik public pages, accounts, Credits, and creative workspaces. They are not legal advice and may be updated as the service changes.

You may use AideVik only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other people, intellectual property rights, platform rules, and applicable laws.

• Do not use AideVik to create, upload, request, or distribute illegal, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Do not attack, probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or interfere with AideVik, our users, or our providers.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent rights, submit material you are not allowed to use, or use generated results to violate rights or laws.
• Do not resell, automate, or exploit the service in a way that harms AideVik, other users, or third-party providers.

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, instructions, and other materials you provide. By submitting inputs, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for AideVik and its providers to process them, generate outputs, store assets, and operate the service.

Generated results can be imperfect, similar to other outputs, restricted by model or provider rules, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Credits, prices, included usage, expiration, payment handling, refund eligibility, and order-specific terms may be shown on the relevant order page, billing page, checkout flow, receipt, or product page. Those order or page terms apply to the purchase. Unless a specific order or page term says otherwise, purchases are not guaranteed to be refundable after Credits are delivered or consumed.

AideVik may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, providers, pricing, Credits, storage behavior, or access when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, provider changes, abuse prevention, or product development. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for AideVik, users, or providers.
